In order to present your property in the brightest light possible we need your help. The following pages will gather the information we need to know about your property in order to display its features into our central reservation system. Our database team will also enter the information into the Sabre Apollo Amadeus and Worldspan GDS systems and the Pegasus travel site to make you available to travel agents and travelers around the world. You may be asked to provide duplicate information in some instances. This is only because each system requires information in different formats. Thanks for your cooperation. An authorized representative of the hotel should complete the following data forms. Please designate a representative as the primary ihotelier contact. This is important to ensure a smooth transition and continuity. Complete the information in this packet to the best of your knowledge. If any area needs further explanation contact your Implementation Manager. Copy and paste in additional sections when necessary -For example- room types rate types local attractions area restaurants etc-. Room rates must be submitted with the completed forms for at least the next 365 days. The data will be entered exactly as it is written so be specific. Check that spelling grammar and correct casing are used. Review the entire document for completeness and accuracy prior to forwarding to your Implementation Manager. Incomplete and-or missing information will delay the activation of your property. All documents must be returned electronically in either word or excel format -room rates only-. Please note that PDF handwritten and faxed forms will not be accepted. If you are unable to return forms electronically contact your Implementation Manager as soon as poss.
